We’re building the annual golf trip you’ve always wanted, at a club that you can actually afford to join.
It’ll one of the best golf courses you’ll ever play. That’s our primary focus. The thing that is never compromised. But it’s more than that. It’s the people, the music, and the laughter too. It’s the twilight putting contests and the chip shots from the cabins. It’s The Goat Track Society. It’s unlimited golf with no extra fees and just 72 players max, per day. It’s on-site cabins so you never have to leave, a staff that knows you by name, and a clubhouse dog that wags his tail every time you walk through the door.
It’s the perfect golf trip, every year. Always awesome. Always epic. Never something you have to spend too much time planning or thinking about. Just pick your dates, show up, and have a ball. Then do it all over again the next year.
A simple, affordable approach to membership. Old Charlie is a place you visit for a short time, but come back to every year. So, like a timeshare, your membership only considers the days you use. A one-time fee (like an initiation fee) reserves your annual spot(s), and when you’re with us, the course is yours. Visit for a day, a weekend, or a week every year. Unlimited golf. Unlimited access. Brilliant golf. Both our main and warm-up courses are being designed and built by Keith Rhebb and Riley Johns. They are absolute artists on the bulldozer, and wonderful humans besides. Years as shapers with Coore & Crenshaw. A growing reputation as brilliant designers. And here, they’ll have all the freedom they need to build something true special. Free rein to create strategic, challenging golf without the clutter of real estate or the need to conform.
Space to breathe. Old Charlie is more intimate, less crowded, and more flexible than what you’re used to. We cap play at 72 players a day; just one group per hole. Tee times are suggestions, not rules. You can play as a single or a sixsome (just keep up or let others through). The point is, when you’re here, the place is yours. You’ll share it with just 71 other players. Respect them, the staff, and the golf course, and there really are no rules.
